RESOLUTION HONORING JOHN KLUMPP FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE INGHAM COUNTY HISTORICAL COMMISSION

RESOLUTION #03-002

�

WHEREAS, John Klumpp began serving on the Historical Commission in January of 2000; and

�

WHEREAS, during his tenure on the Historical Commission, John took a leadership role serving as the Chairperson of the Commission; and

�

WHEREAS, John played a key role in the recent re-establishment of the Historical Commission enabling the Commission to set goals and fulfill its mission; and

�

WHEREAS, John conducted numerous tours of the Ingham County Courthouse educating the public and students on the history behind the building and the County of Ingham; and

�

WHEREAS, as a member and Chairperson, John has served as a model of decorum and integrity in the conduct of public affairs.

�

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor John Klumpp for his years of dedicated service to the Ingham County Historical Commission and the citizens of Ingham County.

�

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
